RJZ Studio is an indoor cycling fitness studio. This policy covers how we collect and use information provided by riders during class check-in and participation through our studio kiosk, web app, and iOS/watchOS app.
When you check in for a class, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address. During class, we collect performance data including heart rate, power output (watts), cadence (RPM), calories, and distance.
RJZ Studio collects heart rate data via Apple HealthKit to display live performance stats during class and include in your post-ride summary. HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties for any purpose, and is used solely to provide the RJZ Studio fitness experience. We do not use HealthKit data to derive information unrelated to health and fitness.
Your phone number and email are used solely to send you post-ride performance summaries and operational notifications. Your ride data is used to display live stats during class, generate post-ride recaps, and maintain your personal lifetime performance history within the studio.
By providing your phone number at check-in or in the RJZ Studio app, you consent to receive SMS messages from RJZ Studio including post-ride performance summaries and one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies based on class participation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers solely to operate our platform:
• Postmark — for post-ride email delivery
• Twilio — for SMS delivery
• Apple HealthKit — for heart rate data on iOS/watchOS
Ride data may be shared with third-party fitness platforms such as Strava only with your explicit authorization via OAuth.
Your information is retained for as long as you are an active rider. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@rjzproductions.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
RJZ Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at info@rjzproductions.com.
