By checking in for a class at RJZ Studio, whether via the studio kiosk, web app, or iOS/watchOS app, you agree to these terms.
RJZ Studio provides indoor cycling classes with live performance tracking. Participation in classes and use of the studio's digital tools is subject to these terms.
The RJZ Studio iOS app requires phone number verification to access ride history and personal performance data. By completing verification, you confirm you are the authorized user of the provided phone number.
By providing your phone number at check-in or in the RJZ Studio app, you consent to receive SMS messages from RJZ Studio. These messages include one-time verification codes and post-ride performance summaries. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Ride performance data including heart rate, power, cadence, and distance is collected during class participation. This data is used to provide live feedback, post-ride recaps, and lifetime performance tracking. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@rjzproductions.com.
Heart rate data is collected via Apple HealthKit on iOS/watchOS devices. This data is used solely to enhance your fitness experience and is never used for advertising or shared with unauthorized third parties.
RJZ Studio optionally integrates with third-party platforms such as Strava. Any such integration requires your explicit authorization and is governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policy.
RJZ Studio provides performance tracking as an informational tool. It is not a medical device. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. RJZ Studio is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from class participation.
The RJZ Studio platform, including its software, design, and algorithms, is proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the studio's services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
